This place is AMAZING. My friends took me here for some food after a crazy night out and Rigby’s did not disappoint.

The food was delicious! I opted for the tomato soup to start and the grilled cheese for my entree. First, the tomato soup was amazing – it had a nice kick to it as well! I’m salivating just thinking about it. Oh man. The grilled cheese was also great (not to mention unique – I’ve never had apples IN my grilled cheese, but hey, it worked!). Finally, I loved the complimentary bloody mary or mimosa that came with our meals. Another definite bonus!

All-in-all though, my favorite part was honestly the service. Our server was insanely friendly, funny and accommodating, and he totally went above and beyond to make our brunch fun and memorable! The staff even noticed we were cold & graciously turned down the AC for us when we were freezing! So awesome!

In summary, I give two thumbs waaaaay up for Rigby’s!

Love the John’s and Rigby’s.. Have a lot of friends there and it is all positive! John Flynn is Fabulous and our very special Ed Mills!! & Scotty, great..Quenn Mum

Rigby’s is my neighborhood hang out. I have been visiting Rehoboth for 7 years on a weekend basis. I had been to Partners (former name) a few times but just did not connect. Moved her full time in September 2011. Found Rigby’s and haven’t bothered to look any further. Staff is friendly, great service. John & John are fabulous. It is nice to be recognized when you walk into an establishment. I have met so many new friends at Rigby’s and hope to meet many more. Can you tell that I love love love this place. Hope they continue with their success for many more years. Charlie Hayden

Amazing food. Everything I’ve sampled from the menu so far has been incredible. I plan to try everything on the menu. The staff goes out of their way to make your visit there very special then moving back to the bar area after dinner…. The most fun crowds I’ve been around in years. They have live music that’s real fun and people sing along and have fun all night long. The Sunday Brunch is the only reason to get out of bed on Sundays, Mimmosa’s for me and my wife loves, loves, loves the Bloody Marys. I’ve tried something different from the brunch menu everytime i’ve gone there on Sundays and it’s been really great every single time. I’ve tried a lot of dishes i’ve never tried before and the wait staff is always real good at giving me an idea of what I’m in for. We visited there the first time in November and now we love making the trip to go there and go pretty regularly. C. Delaney, Philadelphia

Great Burger!” by Ron Tipton October 28, 2009 – Likes it – My friend and I decided to try this restaurant that we have frequented many times in the past under the previous ownership when it was known as Partners. We stopped going to Partners last year when the quality of the food deteriorated. The hamburgers they served on their Burger Nights, once very good, had turned into “Grease Burgers.” I am happy to say all that has changed under the new ownership of this bar and grill which is under new ownership and now known as Rigby’s Bar and Grille. My dining partner and I both had hamburgers. The hamburgers were excellent. They had that wonderful charbroiled flavor and tasted like real hamburgers. That is a rarity in this day and age of the defrosted gray matter of uncertain origin that is delivered daily by Sysco to too many restaurants. Even the topping on the hamburger was excellent. Mine said “Vermont Cheddar Cheese.” Well, it actually was Vermont Cheddar Cheese (I can tell the difference.) That is attention to detail. My side was string French Fries with the skins on, just the way I like them. My dining partner had onion rings. He said they were “delightful.” I sampled one, he was right. I will order the onion rings the next time. Our waiter provided us with prompt and friendly service. The dining room was comfortable and cozy. On the walls of the dining room was a collection of original modern art which favorably added to the ambiance of the dining room. What really impressed me was one of the owners stopped by our table to ask us how we liked our meal and asked for any suggestions. Concern like that from one of the owners shows to me that they care about their customers. Our total bill without the drinks (which we got from the bar earlier) was $7.00 each. This isn’t the usual price, on Wednesday night they have a special Burger Night which we took advantage of. We will definitely be returning. I am looking forward to trying some of the other interesting items that was on the menu.

“The place is great for brunch” by Matt (3 reviews) September 15, 2009 – Likes it – I chose Rigby’s based on Urban spoon’s ratings for our brunch party of 10 after our wedding. We arrived and were seated promptly and the complimentary mimosa’s came next. The soup – Curried squash was excellent, I could eat 3 or 4 bowls probably. The salmon crepe my wife ordered was tasty too. I ordered an entree of Eggs Benedict with smoked hollandaise which was perfect w/ the best asparagus and perfectly cooked potatoes. My Mom’s friend ordered steak and eggs and the steak was so tender, just succulent. The baked french toast my wife ordered with strawberry compote was delicious and the chorizo was very tasty as well. The service here is top notch, not one complaint – everyone in my family and friend all remarked how excellent the brunch was – a perfect experience. I would recommend Rigby’s wholeheartedly!

This was a wonderful place for Mother’s Day Brunch! Our ‘babies’ were even allowed to dine with us on the patio, Great Dane and English Bully, and they were shown just as much love and attention as we were! The Bloody Mary was OUTSTANDING and hit the spot!! The Food was incredible! Not many places let you bring your Doggies to Dine but not only could we bring them but the staff brought them a big bowl of water!! We will come back whenever we are in town!! Thanks again 😮

Hi.Phil and I stayed at The Lighthouse Inn on Delaware Avenue for a week and also visited your fine establishment a couple times. It was a highlight of our stay in Rehoboth. The first night we had dinner and the pleasure of being waited on by Billie. The food and service was superb. Later, we enjoyed a very nice evening at your bar listening to the wonderful music of John Flynn. He is so talented and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we asked Matt and Jerry to join us the next evening for an encore performance.

Matt’s favorite group is Abba, so when John sang a couple of Abba songs, Matt really had a blast. I like Elton John, and John Flynn sang his songs beautifully also. It was a very nice time.

We will definitely visit Rigby’s again when we travel to Rehoboth. I wanted to drop you a line to say how much we appreciate your place and the people who work there.

Happy Holidays,

Charlie
